They explain how we quote, schedule, and deliver our house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, and disinfecting services — and what we ask of you in return. By booking with us or using this website, you agree to these terms.
Our Services & Quotes
Every cleaning is priced at a flat rate based on your home’s size, condition, and what’s included. Your price is confirmed in writing before we start — that’s the price you pay. No hourly clock, no hidden fees, no upsell pressure.
Booking, Cancellations & Payment
Book by phone at (770) 733-6076 or email at fistfulofsudz@gmail.com. We often schedule within 48 hours, and recurring plans (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) carry no long-term contract — pause or stop anytime. Need to move a visit? Let us know as early as you can and we’ll reschedule free of charge. Payment is due on the day of your cleaning unless arranged in advance.
Satisfaction Guarantee & Damage
We walk through your home before we leave, and if anything was missed, tell us within 24 hours — we’ll return and re-clean it free. Fistfullofsudz is bonded and insured. If something is accidentally damaged during a visit, tell us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right. Please point out fragile or special-care items before we start.
Access, Pets & Service Limits
You don’t need to be home — a key, garage code, or lockbox works, and alarm codes are fine. Access details are used only for your scheduled visits. Pets are welcome; just tell us they’re around. For safety, we don’t clean exterior windows, biohazards, or hoarding situations, and our team doesn’t lift items over 25 lbs.
